Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning in Toronto

Toronto moves tend to run through a condo’s service elevator or a narrow front hall, on a date fixed by the lease. We plan the clean around both.

• Elevator bookings. Many condo corporations ask residents to reserve the service elevator for a move, and some charge a move fee or hold a deposit. Book the move-out clean for after the movers’ slot, and the move-in clean for before it.
• Concierge and fobs. Tell us how your building signs in visitors and where the key or fob will be, and we add it to your booking notes. For your security, we never keep copies of keys.
• Month-end dates. Many Ontario leases end on the last day of a month, so choose your time as soon as your move date is set.
• Houses and semis. Leaving a house? Add the finished basement extra ($88.50) if yours is finished, so the whole home is handed back clean.
• Building rules and elevator bookings don’t change your price.

Your cleaner works through each empty room, closets included:

• Kitchen and bathrooms to deep-clean level: stovetop, range hood, grout, sinks and faucets
• The oven door glass, inside the microwave and the top of the fridge
• Closets and wardrobes wiped inside, shelves included
• Baseboards hand-wiped; vents, switch plates and door frames wiped
• Floors vacuumed and mopped, behind large appliances where accessible

If your checklist asks for inside the oven, fridge or cabinets ($34.50 each with a move clean), add them on the booking form so they’re part of your clean and your price.
