How far ahead should I book?
The booking form shows every open time for your address, so you choose your time as you book. Around holidays and month-ends, booking a little earlier gives you more choice.
Should I book a standard or a deep one-time clean?
Choose the standard clean for a home in reasonable shape. Add the deep-cleaning option if it hasn’t had a professional clean in a few months, or if you want grout, vents, light fixtures and under the furniture done too. See everything a deep clean adds.
What happens if the clean needs more time?
We ask you first. If your cleaner finds the job needs more time than booked, we check with you before adding any, and you approve the extra time.
Do you bring supplies for a one-time clean?
Always. Professional supplies and a vacuum are included at no extra cost, so there’s nothing to buy for a single clean.
Can I switch to a recurring plan later?
Yes. Many clients start with a one-time clean, see the result, then move to a recurring plan and save up to 15%, with no contract. See regular house cleaning.
Is a one-time clean covered by the Hive Promise?
Yes. A single clean gets the same promise as a recurring plan. Tell us within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll come back within 5 days to re-clean anything we missed, at no cost. That’s the Hive Promise.
