How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps your home’s day-to-day standard: surfaces, floors, the kitchen and bathrooms. A deep clean goes further: the stovetop degreased, the range hood, tiles and grout, vents, light fixtures and ceiling fans, and under the furniture we can safely move. Many clients book a deep clean for a first visit or a seasonal reset, then keep it up with regular house cleaning.
What does a deep clean cost?
Your price is based on your home and the extras you choose: its size, how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, and add-ons such as hand-wiped baseboards or interior windows. How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on your home’s size and condition. The booking form shows the estimated time and your price before you book, and for longer jobs, about 4–5 hours or more, we send a second cleaner so the work finishes sooner.
Do I need a deep clean before regular cleaning?
We recommend one for a first visit, a seasonal reset, or a home that hasn’t had a professional clean in a few months. Book the deep clean once, then keep it fresh with a weekly or bi-weekly plan: save up to 15% with a recurring plan.
Is inside the oven and fridge part of a deep clean?
They’re extras you can add to any deep clean: choose inside the oven, fridge or cabinets on the booking form, along with interior windows or hand-wiped baseboards, and your price updates as you go.
What if something is missed on my deep clean?
Tell us within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll come back within 5 days to re-clean anything we missed, at no cost. That’s the Hive Promise. It covers every task and extra you booked, from the stovetop to the grout.
