Cleaning Hive

Cleaning Hive

For AI agents

A guide for AI assistants acting for someone who wants a home or office clean in the GTA or Metro Vancouver.

Request a cleaning quote

With the client’s permission, send a quote request for Toronto & the GTA or Metro Vancouver. The quote and booking link comes through the status API and to your agent reply email. Requests that need a custom quote go to the team.

A quote request does not book an appointment or charge a card. Share the quote link with the client so they can choose their date and time and complete their booking.

  1. Collect the details in booking-fields.json, including the full postal code, service, home size, extras, client details and your reply email. Set consent.client_authorized to true only with permission.
  2. POST JSON to /api/agent-quote.php, with Content-Type: application/json. Use a unique Idempotency-Key header for retries.
  3. A 202 receipt contains request_id, status_token and status_url. Keep the token and URL private. GET the status URL to read the result.

For Metro Vancouver, use region: "metro_vancouver" and the client’s full BC postal code. Prices and taxes come from the booking form for that address.

Statuses: received, processing, quote_sent, team_review or declined. A quote_sent result includes quote_url and a price in CAD, with totals before tax and for the first cleaning with tax.

Use OpenAPI for the REST contract and agent-business.json for services, coverage and contact facts. Requests are limited to 16 KB. Validation errors return 400, a changed retry body returns 409, and rate limits return 429. Follow Retry-After; reuse your idempotency key.

Connect through MCP

Connect a server-side MCP client to /api/mcp.php. The endpoint accepts JSON over HTTP, with initialize, ping, tools/list and tools/call. It uses a stateless connection with JSON responses.

  • get_cleaning_business: services, coverage and contact.
  • get_booking_fields: request fields.
  • request_cleaning_quote: the same request fields as REST, with an optional idempotency_key.
  • get_quote_status: request_id and status_token.

Send Content-Type: application/json and accept JSON responses. Protocol versions: 2025-06-18, 2025-03-26 and 2024-11-05. REST and MCP share rate limits and retry receipts. Browser callers are restricted to approved site origins.
