How often should I book a regular clean?
Weekly suits busy families with kids and pets, bi-weekly suits most households, and every 3 or 4 weeks works for lighter households. Save up to 15% with a recurring plan, and change your frequency later in your client portal.
Can I tell you what to focus on?
Yes. Add notes when you book, such as rooms to prioritise, products to use on special surfaces or how to lock up, and we’ll pass them to your cleaner. You can update them any time in your client portal.
Do I need to be home for my regular clean?
No, it’s up to you. Many clients are out: leave a key with your building’s concierge or in a lockbox, add entry and alarm details to your booking and tell us how to lock up. For your security, we never keep copies of keys. Cleaning Hive carries $5,000,000 liability insurance.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes, and there’s no contract. Skip, reschedule or pause a visit from your client portal, free with at least 48 hours’ notice. See our cancellation policy.
What if something is missed on a regular visit?
Tell us within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll come back within 5 days to re-clean anything we missed, at no cost. That’s the Hive Promise. It covers every visit on your plan, not just the first.
