Our website

We build and test this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. You can use it with a keyboard, a screen reader or browser zoom, and it follows your device’s reduced-motion setting. Our online booking form is provided by our booking software partner. If it doesn’t work for you, call us and we’ll book your clean by phone.

Our service

When you book, tell us about any accessibility needs, such as how you’d like us to contact you, or a support person who’ll be home. We’ll work with you to accommodate them.

On request, we’ll give you any information on this website in another format, for example by phone or by email in a format that works for you.
