How long does a turnover take?

It depends on the size of the unit and how the guests left it. The booking form shows the estimated time before you book; tell us your check-out and check-in times and we’ll plan the turnover between them.

Can you restock supplies like toilet paper and coffee?

Yes. Leave a restock list and we’ll top up guest supplies on each visit.

Do you clean short-term rentals downtown?

Yes, across Toronto, the GTA and Metro Vancouver, including CityPlace, Liberty Village, The Beaches, Yaletown and Coal Harbour.

What if a guest leaves a big mess?

We check with you first. A big mess needs more time, so we’ll message you before adding any, and extra time is added only with your approval.

What if a guest cancels?

Reschedule or cancel the turnover from your client portal, free with at least 48 hours’ notice. See our cancellation policy.

What if something was missed on a turnover?

Tell us within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll come back within 5 days to re-clean anything we missed, at no cost. That’s the Hive Promise. It covers every turnover, so check the unit, or ask your co-host to, soon after we finish.
