Which cleaning service do I need?
If your home hasn’t had a professional clean in a few months, start with a deep clean. To keep it that way, book regular cleaning weekly or bi-weekly. Moving? How do you price each service?
You see your price upfront when you book online, based on your home’s size, the type of clean and any extras. Behind it is the time your home needs: cleaning is charged by the hour, with a 3-hour minimum per booking. Save up to 15% with a recurring plan. See pricing.
Can you clean while I’m out?
Yes. Many clients leave a key with their concierge or in a lockbox, add entry details to the booking and tell us how to lock up. For security, we never keep copies of keys.
Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?
Yes. Professional supplies and a vacuum come as standard, so there’s nothing you need to provide. If you’d like your own products used, leave them out and let us know.
How does the Hive Promise work?
