Toronto condos
Built for tower living
A condo clean in Toronto starts at the front desk. We sort out the building side with you before the day, so your cleaner can go straight up and get to work.
- Visitor sign-in. Many buildings log every visitor at the concierge or security desk. Add your building’s process to the booking and your cleaner follows it.
- Fobs and keys. Leave a fob or key with the concierge or in a lockbox. For your security, we never keep copies of keys.
- Elevator bookings. If your building asks service providers to book the service elevator, tell us and we plan the visit around your slot.
- Suite details. Floor-to-ceiling glass, a stacked laundry closet and an open kitchen: add interior windows or laundry and folding when you book. The inside of the balcony door is wiped on every visit.
- Building rules and elevator bookings don’t change your price.

How much does condo cleaning cost in Toronto?
A studio or one-bedroom starts from $194 and a two-bedroom from $257, before 13% HST. Save up to 15% with a recurring plan. The booking form shows your exact price, based on your suite and the extras you choose.
Will my cleaner check in with the concierge?
Yes. Add your building’s visitor instructions when you book, whether that’s signing in at the desk, collecting a fob from the concierge or a service elevator slot, and your cleaner follows them on the day.
Can you clean the inside of floor-to-ceiling windows?
Yes. Add interior windows ($22.50 per room) on the booking form, and wet-wiped blinds ($15.50 per window) if you have them.
Do you clean after a condo renovation?
Yes. Once the trades have finished, book post-renovation cleaning in Toronto to clear the fine dust from every surface of your suite.
I have a dog that sheds a lot. What should I add?
The pet-hair extra. It’s required for homes with pets that shed heavily, so your cleaner has the time to lift the hair from floors and furniture. Add it on the booking form.
What if something is missed in my suite?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back within 5 days to re-clean it at no cost, under the Hive Promise. It covers the tasks and extras you booked.
