How much will my cleaning cost?
You’ll see your price upfront: choose your home size, the type of clean and any extras on the booking form, and your price updates as you go. Save up to 15% with a recurring plan, with no contracts. See how pricing works.
Where do you clean?

Do your cleaners bring everything?
Yes. Professional cleaning supplies and a vacuum come with every clean, so there’s nothing to buy or set out.
Do I have to be home?
Not at all. Leave a key with your concierge or in a lockbox, add entry instructions to your booking, and tell us how to lock up. We never keep copies of keys.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is background and reference checked and professionally trained, and Cleaning Hive carries $5,000,000 in liability insurance.
What if something is missed?
Let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll come back within 5 days to re-clean it, at no cost. That’s the Hive Promise.
When do I pay?
On the day of your clean. There’s no upfront payment: we keep your card on file when you book and charge it on the day of each clean.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, and there’s never a contract. Reschedule or cancel free of charge from your client portal with at least 48 hours’ notice. See the full cancellation policy.
