Do green products clean as well as standard ones?
For everyday cleaning, yes: counters, bathrooms, floors and touchpoints come out just as clean. For heavy build-up, such as baked-on oven grease or hard-water scale, your cleaner may suggest a stronger product and will ask you first.
Can I ask for eco-friendly products on any clean?
Yes: one-time, deep, recurring or move-in/out. Ask when you book, or call us on (647) 558-0932, Monday to Friday, before your clean, and we’ll note it for your cleaner.
What if I don’t ask for eco-friendly products?
Your cleaner uses our standard professional products and a vacuum, as on every clean. Eco-friendly products come when you ask for them before your clean.
Can you use my own products?
Yes. Leave your preferred products out and let us know, and your cleaner will use them.
Is green cleaning covered by your guarantee?
Yes. Tell us within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll come back within 5 days to re-clean anything we missed, at no cost. That’s the Hive Promise.
