Who we are

A cleaning company that runs like a hive

A good hive runs on care and order, with every part doing its job well. That’s how we run every clean. Your booking notes reach your cleaner, your cleaner arrives with professional supplies and a vacuum, and our team is a call, text or email away.

Booking online takes about two minutes. You see your price upfront, based on your home and the clean you choose, and every visit is yours to manage from your client portal. There’s no contract to sign and no upfront payment, and you can save up to 15% with a recurring plan.

We’re rated 4.8 on Google, with 50+ client reviews. We’re also a Certified Living Wage Employer, a Readers’ Choice Award winner in 2025 and Google Verified.

The Hive Standard

Vetted, insured house cleaners you can trust with your keys

Every Cleaning Hive cleaner works to one standard, whether it’s a Yaletown condo or a family home in Leaside.

  • Vetted before the first visit

Background and reference checked, professionally trained: cleaners we’d be happy to have clean our own homes.

  • Your preferences, noted

Tell us what matters most when you book, from the rooms to prioritise to the products your surfaces need, and it’s passed to your cleaner.

  • Home or away

Leave a key with your concierge or in a safe spot. For security, we never keep copies of your keys.

  • Fully insured

$5,000,000 liability insurance, for peace of mind while someone else looks after your home.

  • Everything brought

Professional supplies and a vacuum as standard, so there’s nothing for you to buy or set out.

  • Flexible, no contracts

No upfront payment, your visits managed in your client portal 24/7, and never a contract to sign.
