What size of office do you clean?
Any size, from a one-room studio or practice to a large office. Tell us your space’s size on the booking form and your price appears as you go, or request a quote for a larger space or a custom schedule.
Do you clean offices in Vancouver too?
Yes. Office cleaning is available across Toronto, the GTA and Metro Vancouver, booked online or by phone.
Can we book recurring office cleaning?
Yes: book a one-time clean or a recurring schedule, and save up to 15% with a recurring plan, with no contract. Change your schedule from your client portal, free with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Does someone need to be there during the clean?
No. Arrange access for your cleaner, for example a key with your building’s front desk or security, add any alarm details to your booking and tell us how to lock up. For your security, we never keep copies of keys.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. Every visit includes professional supplies and equipment, so your team has nothing to stock for us.
What if something was missed in our office?
Tell us within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll come back within 5 days to re-clean anything we missed, at no cost. That’s the Hive Promise. It applies to one-time and recurring office cleans alike, so have someone check the space soon after each visit.
