How does the cleaner get into my building?

We sort it out with you before the day: concierge check-in, fob access, and an elevator booking if your building needs one. Leave a key with the concierge if you won’t be home. For your security, we never keep copies of keys.

How long does a condo cleaning take?

It depends on the size of your unit and the clean you choose. The booking form shows your estimated time and price before you book.

Do you offer weekly or bi-weekly condo cleaning?

Yes. Choose weekly, bi-weekly or every 3–4 weeks and save up to 15% with a recurring plan. There’s no contract.

Do you clean balconies or storage lockers?

We clean inside your unit, including the inside of balcony and patio doors; balconies and storage lockers aren’t part of the clean. Interior add-ons such as interior windows, laundry and inside the cabinets can be chosen on the booking form.

Do you do condo move-out cleaning?

Yes. A move-in/out clean is a detail clean of the empty unit, planned around your property manager’s checklist. Share it when you book.

What if something is missed in my condo clean?

Walk through the unit when you get home. Tell us within 24 hours of your appointment and we’ll come back within 5 days to re-clean anything we missed, at no cost. That’s the Hive Promise.
