What is included in every maid service visit
Our recurring maid service is a full maintenance clean of every room in the home, not a touch-up. Cleaning supplies and equipment are included, so there is nothing for you to buy or set out. Every cleaner is background-checked, and your booking notes are passed to your cleaner, from the layout and the correct product for each surface to the small preferences that make a clean feel personal.
Every standard visit covers four areas of the home:
- Kitchen: counters and tabletops cleaned, cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors wiped, microwave interior cleaned, sink cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, trash taken out.
- Bathrooms: toilet, sinks and bathtub cleaned, soap scum removed, mirrors and glass fixtures washed, cabinet doors and drawers wiped on the outside, door handles and light switches wiped, trash removed and liners replaced, floors done.
- Bedrooms: reachable surfaces dusted, mirrors and glass washed, closet doors, handles and switches wiped, beds made, small objects tidied, floors vacuumed and mopped.
- Common rooms: surfaces and electronics dusted, closet doors, handles and switches wiped, mirrors washed, small objects tidied, floors vacuumed and mopped.
Work outside the standard visit is an add-on, priced upfront when you book: inside cabinets from $61, hand-wiped baseboards from $33.50, interior walls from $157.50 and heavy-duty cleaning from $55.50. Homes with heavily shedding pets need the pet-hair extra.
How much does a maid service cost in Toronto?
Your price is based on your home and the clean you choose, and it appears on the booking form as you go. The prices below are starting prices for a standard visit, before 13% HST. They are the same across Toronto and the GTA, with no travel fees, and nothing is added without your approval.

Maid service or deep cleaning?
Maid service is recurring upkeep. Deep cleaning is a one-time, detail-intensive reset that adds the work a maintenance visit does not touch, such as baseboards, grout and vents (the inside of the oven and fridge can be added as extras). Deep cleaning is available as an add-on from $65 on top of a regular visit. Many Toronto clients start with a deep clean and then hold the result with recurring maid service.
What to look for in a Toronto maid service
Four things separate a professional service from a casual arrangement. The cleaner should be background-checked, and the company insured. Visits should be logged, and your preferences should reach your cleaner on every visit. Supplies should be included. And there should be a written guarantee: if a spot is missed, you tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean it free within 5 days.
